FLATTEN THE CURVE
In addition to USA made Caps & Sewn products Classic Caps & Embroidery has, in response to the Corona Virus Pandemic, added to our manufacturing facilities the capabilities to produce Face Masks and Face Shields to support the PPE effort.
Starting with one sewing machine in 1928, founder Jacob Pasternak opened Dallas Cap & Emblem in a one-room office downtown Dallas, Texas. Rosalie Pasternak was the second daughter of Jacob and began working part-time in her father’s factory at age 16, joining him full time after college in 1950.
Upon Jacob’s passing in 1963, Rosalie, now Valerie R Granat, inherited her father’s business. It operated as Dallas Cap & Emblem Company until 1985, re-opening as the Classic Cap and Embroidery we know today.
Currently running 200 sewing machines, Classic meets the needs of its local, national, and global clients alike. Our turn-key facility sprawls over 40,000 square feet of manufacturing, meeting the needs of several vertical industries from fashion wholesale to retail, sporting goods, promotional, and custom decorators.
Today, we custom design American made and sewn products. Classic additionally decorates blank goods by either embroidery, screen print, or a combination of the two.
Taking it one step further, Classic can then, warehouse and fulfill domestic and overseas, importing both products and apparel.
We welcome the opportunity to provide such services to your company.
